Chess set - C-10

Oak & Walnut squares measure 3 x 3 cm, framed with walnut. The vintage contrasting black and white pieces work really beautifully with this board. I can’t identify the material of the pieces, but the knights do look hand carved.

There have been two replacement rooks on the black set, although these work pretty well. All pieces are felted and feel lovely to hold.

The board measures 32 x 32 x 2.5 cm, with the board base felted in a lovely earthy green felt. Logo branded in to the left walnut squares on each side. Finished with natural oils and waxes.
